Due to the recent COVID 19 outbreak I am sure you are aware of the self isolation measures that have now put into place. This means that we are no longer able to hold Parish Council Meetings in the hall with councillors physically present. After consultation with various agencies and meeting the new government legislation we can now  hold virtual meetings.

After looking at various options we have decided to use a ‘Zoom’ app (

This will enable councilors to be invited to join conference call and then make decisions on the Parish’s behalf.

We are hoping to hold our first video conference call in the near future and conduct our first ‘virtual’ Parish Council meeting soon after.

We will of course produce an agenda and detailed minutes on what is discussed and approved for everyone to view.

As with all public meetings you as a parishioner will have the option to be part of this conference call.

Could we ask anyone wishing to take an active part in public access to contact the clerk at . Please inform the clerk of any items you wish to discuss

If you don’t wish to take part but have a comment or concern please email the clerk.

Best wishes

Wanstrow Parish Council.

Angela Roberts.

Parish Clerk.
